• In the 2024 Fiscal Year, there was a $13 Million drop in total cannabis excise tax revenues (down from $133M in FY 2023). Similarly, between FY 2023-2024, taxable cannabis sales fell by nearly $19 Million.
• Between 2021 to 2024, cannabis excise tax revenues have fallen at a compound annual growth rate of -8.6%. In the same period, taxable cannabis sales have fallen at a compound annual growth rate of - 6.16%.
